Rental Care Guide

Essential Care Instructions for Rental Costumes:

Upon receiving the package:

• Open the package to check for any damage  and that it's the correct item. Notify us immediately if there are any issues.
• You may use a garment steamer to smooth any wrinkles, but keep away from delicate appliques and sequins
  
• Do not wash

Alterations:

• Small alterations are expected. Only make minor, hand-sewn alterations that can be easily reversed. Avoid using safety pins, permanent adhesives or cutting the fabric

During Use:

• Handle with care, many of these costumes are small works of art
• Apply makeup and hair products before putting on the costume
• Wear appropriate undergarments to protect from excessive sweat and stains.
• Avoid eating or drinking (except water) while wearing the costume
• Avoid smoking/vaping while in or around the costume
• Keep away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pets
• Use for intended purposes only

After Use:

• Do not wash, dry clean, or attempt to remove stains
• Air out costume so it is dry (as much as possible) before packaging
• Report any damage promptly

Return Instructions:

• Package carefully and return in original packaging
• Include all accessories, pieces, and embellishments that were included in the shipment, including hangers and garment bags
• Return by the agreed-upon date to avoid late fees

• Professional cleaning is included in your rental fee
• Minor wear and tear is expected and covered
• Accidental Damage Protection is available for added peace of mind
• Contact us immediately if damage occurs
