Refund policy
For returnable merchandise items, we accept returns, exchanges or credit within the first seven days after receiving your order, under the following terms and conditions:
- You must email contact@enpointecostumes.com to start the return process. Let us know why you wish to return or exchange your items.
- Refunds and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the ship-date USPS postmarked on your box when we shipped it to you.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all manufacturer's tags attached.
- Items must be in re-saleable condition: cannot be soiled, worn, or damaged in any way. You must include a copy of your original invoice.
- We highly suggest you ship your return with tracking information and/or delivery confirmation -we are not responsible for items lost or mishandled by your chosen shipper
- The refund will be issued (minus non-refundable shipping costs) once all items have been reviewed.
Please be sure to check your order upon receipt and let us know through email to contact@enpointecostumes.com within seven days of receipt if anything is missing. After seven days, we can no longer honor missing items. Please include your order number so we can look up your order. If you find that you have received an incorrect item, OR a damaged item, we are happy to replace the item. After seven days, we can no longer send replacements. It is your responsibility to open your order promptly and check each item.
After 7 days, until 30 days after purchase, we will accept returns for credit only. A 10% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. Shipping charges (both original shipping costs as well as sending it back to us) will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all manufacturer's tags attached. Items must be in re-saleable condition: cannot be soiled, worn, or damaged in any way. Credit will only be issued once the items that have been returned have been reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Trunks or any other garment worn as undergarments
- Any Clearance or Special Sale items
- Any Special Order item: any item we do not stock and was specially-ordered for you from the manufacturer
- Any Custom and/or Made-to-Order item (tutus, bodices, jackets, costumes, leotards, headpieces, etc.) created from measurements you provided and/or other requirements you may have specified.
- Any other item listed prior to purchase as 'not-returnable' or 'not eligible for return or exchange'
